I am Nadia Tresoro, Italian by origin and Spanish by adoption. Many know me as Berta's (my dog) mom, and that makes me a special illusion.<\/p>

With a degree in Political Science and a master's degree in Human Resources and Management, I have learned more from life than from books. Journalist and editor of Wellness Forum<\/i><\/span>I combine theoretical knowledge with more than 20 years of practical experience in the field of sport, wellness, nutrition and personal development. Throughout my career I have collaborated with brands and professionals in the health and fitness sector around the world, which has given me a broad, global and deeply human perspective.<\/p>

After holding management positions in companies such as Adecco and leading projects in trade fairs, communication agencies and international events, I reinvented myself in Marbella, the city that marked the real turning point in my personal and professional history. I have been an athlete for more than 20 years. I train daily and have helped many people lose weight, gain health and define their body and mind with consistency, without falling into excess or impossible goals. My training, nutrition and mentoring plans focus on holistic wellness and are designed to fit each person's life purpose. I believe deeply in health as an end goal, not a side effect.<\/p>

I am also a mentor, communicator and networker. Passionate about marketing, fearless creative, observer, mediator and mortician of egos. I speak clearly, with humor and without filters.
