Ahora sin calcular la el impacto medio ambiental del pl\u00e1stico y biol\u00f3gico de otros ingredientes, a mi parecer el sabor no est\u00e1 mal y si vas con prisa, es mejor opci\u00f3n que hacerte un espeto de sardinas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero, comparando los macros y las calor\u00edas, teniendo prisa yo prefiero comerme 5 nueces de macadamia, que me encantan, o si tengo algo m\u00e1s de tiempo, un batido de semillas de ch\u00eda. En algunas fuentes puede variar\u00a0ligeramente.
