The energetic, emotional and biological cost of wanting to force yourself to fit into someone else's ideal can be devastating to your well-being. And the worst part: when you relax, everything falls apart. Because it was never yours. You were just imitating.
Each person is born with a unique physical structure, a mind that evolves with its history and an energy that cannot be fooled. Pretending to train the body as if it were a robot, without respecting the harmony between biology, emotions and real goals, only leads to frustration and regression.
